Elkhart County Parade of Homes

Baldwin Landing and our Richmond model on Lot 3 will be featured in this year’s Elkhart County Parade of Homes sponsored by the Builders Association of Elkhart County. Lot 1 has sold and Baldwin Landing welcomes another family to our beautiful community. The new homeowners, from the Chicago land area, have chosen the Rockport model and have work with our team to modify the design in to a two-story home to meet their needs and better compliment their lot. Construction on the new home will begin next week and the new homeowners will be enjoying the our maintenance-free, lake front, new home community by the Notre Dame – Navy football game.

The trees and flowers aren’t the only thing growing around Baldwin Landing. Below are a few photos of the construction on lot 16. We are still on schedule to have the home complete prior to the first home Notre Dame football game on September 5.

We have broken ground on Lot 16, with plans for completion prior to the first home Notre Dame Football Game (September 5).

The homeowners, a family of Notre Dame Alumni, chose Baldwin Landing after spending more than 3 years looking at homes on Diamond Lake, Eagle Lake, Magician Lake, and Dewey Lake. Their basic criteria included: 2 hours or less from Chicago, close to Notre Dame and new construction. During their first visit to Baldwin Landing, they knew that this maintenance-free community of new homes was a fit.
