With Summer fast approaching there is alot of activity at Baldwin Landing.  We have three new families that plan to enjoy the lake this summer.

• Our Parade home sold in March and they have moved in. This family joins us from Crown Point Indiana and is anxiously awaiting the arrival of their pontoon boat and jet ski’s in time for Memorial Day.
• Lot 2 is sold and plans are under way for construction to begin in August.  This family joins us from Bristol Indiana and plans to have thier boat in the water shortly and take advantage of the summer on Baldwin Lake.  The home exterior will be Midnight Blue.
• Lot 6 is sold, and ground breaking is scheduled for early June.   This family joins us from Saint Charles Illinois and they are busy shopping for a boat to enjoy the summer on Baldwin Lake.  The home will exterior will be Granite in color and the same composite siding as our other homes.
• Activity has increased significantly this year, and with only 2 premium lots remaining we are expecting to see lots of construction activity this summer.
• Plans are also under way to transfer the Association to the  Homeowner Board.   The association has established a healthy reserve fund, and plans are under way to add some additonal trees and landscaping throughout the community.
• Only 4 additional boat slips are remaining.  Each home or home site comes with 1 boat slip, and additional slips are available for $19,900.
• Our Model Home is available for purchase so you can enjoy this summer on the lake.
• Plans are under way for our next Model Home on Lot 9 with construction scheduled for fall and completion early spring 2011.
